Titanoceratops(meaning titanic horn face) belonged to the family known as the ceratopsians and belonging to the group known as chasmosaurine. And now history class has begun but it will be a very short class(you will know why in a little bit). The Titanoceratops was found either in the fruitland formation or the kirtland formation but sadly the original location of where it was found is not known. It was formally a species a pentaceratops until in 2011 it was classified as a new species by Nicholas R. Longrich. And thats the end of todays history class.

And now to talk about the looks of this ceratopsian. It had a short tail just like all other ceratopsians, and its hind limbs were longer then its forelimbs. And the head of titanoceratops was extremely similiar to pentaceratops the only difference being obviously the sheer size of titanoceratops. Its skull alone measured 2.65 meters(8.7ft) long. but now that we´ve talked about the looks about the appearence of this magnificent creature let´s talk about its general stats:
Length: 6.8 meters
Height: 2.5 meters(at the back)
Weight: 6.55 tons
